Terms of Service

Effective date: 26 August 2026

In short: use the app for genuine farming guidance, don't misuse it, and know that advice is guidance — not a guaranteed outcome. Subscription is ₹1,000 every 3 months after a 1-day free trial, billed via UPI Autopay and renewed automatically until you cancel; cancel anytime.

1. The service

Kisan Mitra – Double Munafa ("Kisan Mitra", operated by NaturalDevs, India) provides agricultural information, advisory content, community Q&A and related features through the Android application and the website kisanmitra.naturaldevs.com.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google (Firebase). You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the farm details you provide. One person, one account; do not share or resell access.

3. Agricultural advice disclaimer

Content and advice in Kisan Mitra — including crop, pest, fertiliser, water, weather-linked, scheme and price-related guidance — is informational. Farming outcomes depend on factors beyond our control (soil, weather, inputs, market conditions). Always verify critical actions (e.g. pesticide dosages, scheme eligibility) with local agricultural officers or qualified experts before acting. We do not guarantee any specific crop, yield or financial outcome.

4. Subscription, trial & cancellation

Kisan Mitra offers a 1-day free trial, after which access requires a subscription of ₹1,000 every 3 months.
Subscriptions are billed as UPI Autopay mandates processed by Razorpay. You authorise the mandate in your own UPI app. Setting it up takes a ₹2 authorisation when the trial starts, which we refund.
The first payment is taken when the trial ends. The subscription then renews automatically every 3 months until you cancel.
You may cancel anytime by cancelling the Autopay mandate in your UPI app; access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancel before the free trial ends and no subscription payment is taken.
Refunds, where applicable, are handled per our refund policy shared in the app and on the support page.

5. Acceptable use

Do not: post unlawful, misleading or harmful content in Q&A; attempt to access others' data; scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the service; interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Community content

Answers marked as community or expert content reflect the views of their authors. We moderate but do not warrant third-party content. You grant us a licence to host and display what you post.

7. Intellectual property

The Kisan Mitra – Double Munafa name, logo, content and software are owned by NaturalDevs or its licensors. Your farm data remains yours — see the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NaturalDevs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including crop losses or financial losses arising from reliance on content. Total liability, if any, is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these terms; continued use after notice means acceptance. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts at the operator's location in India. Questions: dev@naturaldevs.com.
