Delete your account

You can remove your Kisan Mitra account and personal data at any time. Choose whichever method is convenient.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Kisan Mitra
  2. Go to the You (profile) tab
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm

Option 2 — By email

Send an email to dev@naturaldevs.com with the subject line "Delete my Kisan Mitra account", from the email address you used to sign in. We verify and process the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted: your profile, sign-in identifiers, farm details, questions and messages, and device tokens — removed within 30 days.

What we keep: de-identified payment and subscription records, only for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Active UPI Autopay mandates are cancelled as part of deletion; you can also cancel them yourself in your UPI app.
